Dean of Students – Advocacy, Outreach, and Support
Reach out to us if you are in need of assistance or support regarding personal or academic-related challenges. Our office serves as a student support network by providing connections, advocacy, problem resolution, and critical incident intervention. We are located at 88 College Avenue and you can contact us at 848-932-2300 or email deanofstudents@echo.rutgers.edu. We also have virtual drop in hours Monday – Thursday 1:30pm – 4:30pm. Rutgers Student Health
Help is available and we are a community that cares. We encourage students to reach out and utilize the mental health resources we provide. Visit our website for all the services and resources. We have 24/7 Crisis & Resources and campus support resources for non-crisis situations through Counseling, Alcohol & Other Drug Assistance Program & Psychiatric Services (CAPS)
•    Mental health services, health.rutgers.edu/CAPS, 848-932-7884. M–F, 8:30 am–4:30 pm. A CAPS counselor is always available during regular business hours for students with immediate needs, (walk in or by phone 848-932-7884).
•    CAPS After Hours: A telephone-based counseling service available to Rutgers students when CAPS is closed. Call the main CAPS number, 848-932-7884, and follow the prompts.
•    Let’s Talk: informal, one-session consultations, 848-932-7884.

One Stop Student Services Center Walk-Ins
Walk-ins for One Stop: Mondays - Thursdays 8:30am - 4:30pm & Fridays 11:00am - 4:30pm
One Stop acts as a “single point of service” across the areas of financial aid, student accounts, and registration. We are here to help you! Questions can be submitted using the contact form , by phone at 848-445-4636 (INFO), or by visiting the us at Dr. Samuel Dewitt Proctor Hall located at 65 Davidson Road on Busch Campus. No appointments are necessary for walk-ins.

Pine Barren Hiking *Registration Required
October 18, 9am - 5pm, Transportation provided from Cook Rec Center
The Pinelands of New Jersey are one of the greatest ecological wonders this state has to offer and full of rich history. Join us as we venture through forests of pine and cypress stands on a relaxing hike with little to no elevation change. This trip is suitable for all experience levels, and we encourage you to sign up today and meet some like-minded folks who enjoy exploring the outdoors in a supportive environment. Our hiking trips meet at the Cook Recreation Center and include transportation to/from the trailhead on a fully guided experience with our outdoor staff as they facilitate the hike. Please bring plenty of drinking water, snacks/lunch, and wear appropriate clothing for walking outside in the present weather. You will receive an email from our staff prior to the departure date with more pertinent information.

Bikes N' Brews *Registration Required
October 19, 9am - 4pm, Transportation provided from Cook Rec Center
Join us for a leisurely rails-to-trails bicycle tour along the Delaware River, where we will stop for some excellent locally roasted and brewed coffee (and maybe a snack). This is a nice way to spend the afternoon outside without going too far off of the beaten path. Bicycle rental and transportation from/to campus are included with the trip fee!

The School of Management and Labor Relations invites all transfer students to explore opportunities through the Master of Labor and Employment Relations (MLER) program. Join MLER program staff at our Janice Levin Building tabling on October 22th at 2-4 PM EST to learn how you can earn your master's degree with just one additional year of full-time study.
