Academic Navigation Tools
- Degree Navigator – Academic tracking system that is great for showing you progress towards your academic program completion. You will want to look over this with your advisor to ensure you are on track to graduate. Visit nbdn.rutgers.edu for more information and a "how to" instructional video.
- Schedule of Classes - The list of all classes offered in any given semester. It may be accessed through sis.rutgers.edu/soc or through webreg.rutgers.edu.
- Course Catalog – The university’s catalogs contain degree and major requirements and academic policies and procedures for each school. They can be viewed and searched online at catalogs.rutgers.edu
- Course Schedule Planner – Use this tool at sims.rutgers.edu/csp to map out your ideal schedule for the semester.
- Video Tutorials - access success.rutgers.edu website under the "How to Information" section for quick overview of the system.
Accessing Your Classes
You will access information about each of your classes through an online Learning Management System (LMS) by logging in with your NetID and password. The most commonly used at Rutgers are:

Fall Checklist
- Send your final transcripts (high school, updated college transcripts, college transcripts with the Associate's Degree posted)
- Request AP, IB, A-level results to be sent directly to Rutgers
- Term Bill AFTER initial registration at your Advising and Planning program; log in to studentabc.rutgers.edu after registration
